First up for the 30 Days of Beautiful is Shantia. She recently celebrated a birthday this past week! Born and raised in Washington, DC, she is a mother of an 11 year old and a 2 year old. She is a new business owner and recently started Faithfully Organized, a professional organizing business serving families and businesses.

Being free; being authentically me!!
Do you have a self-care routine? If so, what is it?
I enjoy pamper me days: days in which I focus solely on me whether it’s a massage or lounging at home listening to my favorite music.
What does being Fiercely Feminine mean to you?
Fiercely feminine means loving who you are and always striving to grow and develop. Knowing yourself inside and out and not being afraid to express yourself freely. Most importantly being genuine, giving back and loving others.
What is a goal you have been working on?
I recently started my business. So, my current goal is to commit fully to growing my business and branding.
What advice would you give to your younger self?
Always be true to who you are. Do not be afraid to release the experiences or people when the expiration date is reached.
