When I’m well rested and have peace of mind
Do you have a self-care routine? If so, what is it?
My self care routine is a monthly mom’s night out dinner. As a first time mom, I didn’t realize that some of my experiences can be normalized by a simple conversation with a fellow mama. More than that, we bond over food, cocktails, hugs and lots of laughs.
What does being Fiercely Feminine mean to you?
After thinking this one through, I decided I’m just plain fierce. Fiercely loyal to the things I believe in, people I surround myself with and fiercely committed to the things I invest my time in.
What is a goal you have been working on?
Fitness. I’m currently managing to get outside for a walk at least once a day, which is a big win from sitting all day.
What advice would you give to your younger self?
My younger self lived accordingly, I worked hard and played hard. But to other young people, I would say, when you generate income, ALWAYS pay yourself (aka savings) before you pay anyone else.
