I’m a millennial. Supposedly a generation of people that cling to technology and are often thought to be disconnected from personal relationships. We want things immediately and often don’t find time to slow down and take in the special moments in life. For me, photography blends these two by allowing me to produce digital and printed images quickly, that are unique and memorable, and captures your cherished memories forever.

Life moves fast, but memories last forever. Since I can remember, I have loved sitting and talking with family members while we looked through photo albums that had turned yellow from age. It amazed me how photos could transform someone back in time and their face lit up as if they were reliving the moment. From those moments I understood the importance of photography and how powerful printed memories could be.

My two little ones have shown me just how fast time can move and I cherish all the moments through my lens and also just being present to soak it all in.

As a self proclaimed rebel, I live life fully by traveling the world, trying new foods, meeting new people and even skydiving. No matter where I go I always have a camera, so that my memories can be shared with future generations, even if I’m unable to tell the story.

Photos tell the unique stories of our lives and my goal is to capture yours.

What inspires you?

I’m a creative. I love all types of art and am easily inspired. I find beauty in almost anything, but I am most inspired by empowering women. From a woman feeling fiercely feminine for her boudoir session or powerful in her new branding images, I know my purpose is to make women feel strong, beautiful and empowered.

Are you still a lawyer?

I will always be a lawyer, but I may not always practice law. Right now I’m enjoying the best of both worlds with my law practice and a photography business.

Other than photography, what is your favorite thing to do?

Other than loving on my babies, my other passion is traveling. You learn so much about people, cultures, and yourself, while getting to experience some really amazing and beautiful sites. Of course I take a camera to capture many special moments. So far, I’ve been to 5 continents and I can’t wait to explore at least one more!

In 2012, I quit my job as a prosecutor so I could live in Costa Rica. Those 6 months were awesome and invaluable. I don’t know when, but I definitely plan to live abroad again.

What are your weaknesses?

Chocolate, dark chocolate, and bacon. If I can combine them both I’m in heaven. ?

What are some things that make you happy?

Family, friends, chocolate, butterflies and rainbows.
